Flaus makes flossing as easy as brushing your teeth! No more sticking your fingers in your mouth or not being able to get to those hard to reach places!
The sonic vibrations in Flaus move the floss side-to-side and help to get the floss in and out of tight spaces much faster and easier than traditional floss. Not to mention the left-to-right motion of the head mimics the proper flossing technique!
Not only is Flaus easier than traditional floss, but there are some studies that show electric flossers are superior to traditional floss.
In past clinical trials The American Academy of Periodontology found that an electric flosser "in combination with a manual toothbrush, removed plaque significantly better than the toothbrush alone. Among floss types, there was evidence of superiority for the [electric] flosser."
Studies also found that an electric flosser "removed significantly more interproximal plaque in molar, premolar and anterior teeth compared to manual floss."
The Journal of Clinical Dentistry found that electric flossing "was safe and effective in reducing approximal plaque and gingival inflammation, and provides a useful alternative device for interdental cleaning."

Just like your electric toothbrush helps you clean your teeth easier than a traditional toothbrush, the sonic vibrations in Flaus make flossing easier!
Flaus has 18,000 sonic vibrations per minute that not only help stimulate and massage your gums as you floss, but the vibrations also make getting the floss in between those tight contact points in your teeth easier (you know the ones where all the plaque and food hang out)!
Our Flaus Heads are PFA and PFO free and use the highest performing glide floss in the market — a PolyTetraFluoroEthylene monofilament tape floss. This floss does not shred, and is the absolute thinnest-possible floss available so that it has the best chance of working for everyone (tight teeth and all).
Having said that, we know that all mouths are different, and all Flausers have different needs. It’s impossible to pick one floss that will be right for everyone — some people want thick scrubby floss, others want thin tape floss. Not to worry — we’re working on something new to solve this conundrum 🤫.

Just like you brush your teeth with the same toothbrush head, it's perfectly safe and hygienic to use the same piece of floss for a flossing session (or two)! If you get any gunk on the floss, just run it under water (or dip it in mouthwash if you want an extra clean)!
We recommend changing your floss head after each use.

Did you know that every piece of dental floss ever used still exists in the world today? And that most of it ends up in the landfill, or, even worse, the sea.
Flaus reduces the amount of floss used in a traditional flossing session by 95% and our heads are made with recyclable plastic and use 30% less plastic than floss picks.
Every municipal recycling program is different, so we suggest gathering your Flaus Heads after use and emailing us at support@goflaus.com. We'll send you a pre-paid shipping label to send in your oral care products to a dedicated oral care recycling facility.

Tight Teeth: Absolutely! The sonic vibrations help you move the floss in-between tight teeth with ease. We also use the thinnest floss possible - a monofilament tape floss!
Veneers/Crowns: We always suggest contacting your dentist before using Flaus with veneers / crowns.
Severe Periodontitis/Blood Thinners: Flaus is not recommended for those with severe Periodontitis disease or for those on blood thinners.
Braces: We're almost there! We do have some customers who have successfully used Flaus with their braces and permanent retainers, however, we do not have a special Flaus Head made for braces. We are developing one shortly though - email support@goflaus.com to be added to the waitlist!
Bite Pad
Don't forget to use the bite pad! Use your opposing teeth to apply pressure to the bite pad (located on the back of the device) - this helps you control the pressure as you move the Flaus Head in between your teeth!
Vibrations
Let the 18,000 sonic vibrations do the work for you when you're getting in-between those tight spaces! Flossing usually requires a bit of force, but Flaus has a more gentle take - be patient and don't force it!
Tight Spots
Do the tight spots last! Everyone's mouth is different, it's totally normal to have tight spots that might break the floss. As you continue to Flaus, you'll learn more about your mouth and learn what works for you!
Your Flaus has three speeds (10K, 14K + 18K), we find that using the higher speeds in those tighter spaces helps to get the floss in and out of there a little easier!
*Pro-Tip: prolong the life of your Flaus Head and leave those tight spots to last!
Flausing has the same effect as flossing, but it is a bit different and there can be a learning curve! We know that everyone's mouth is different and some teeth will need more TLC than others! We typically see customers become Flausing All Stars after about three weeks of use! So, stick with it! Your future dental bills will thank you!

Applying the Flaus Head:
Align the skinny part of the Flaus Head with the open ridge on the back of the neck. With your index finger and thumb, push the Flaus Head on to the mount. You will feel it click into place.
Removing the Flaus Head:
Nest the curved neck of the flosser into the inner crease of your fingers, with your thumb placed flat across the bite pad. With both arms of the floss head against a flat surface,
gently apply downwards pressure through the thumb, and rotate your thumb inwards. The floss head will pop off one side at a time.

We have intentionally left some slack in our floss to allow you to create a C + Y shape when you floss!
Curve the floss around your tooth so that it wraps from front to back. This allows you to safely slide the floss down the sides of the tooth, cleaning more surface of the tooth.

Are you seeing three blinking lights when you try to power on your Flaus? That means your Flaus has entered travel mode!
To release your Flaus from Travel Mode, hold down the power button for 5-8 seconds, or until the lights at the bottom blink. Push the power button and your Flaus will power on like normal.
Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the tracking information. Should you come across any issues with tracking your package, please feel free to reach out to us at support@goflaus.com and we’ll work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Due to the quick turn around time of our fulfillment process, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been placed.

Generally, once our warehouse has received your order, it'll take 5-10 business days from the day it shipped to arrive to its final destination.

We offer Standard Shipping (5-8 business days), Priority Shipping (3-4 business days) and Express Shipping (1-2 business days).
You can select your preferred shipping method at check out.
1. First, verify your shipping address, to do this, locate your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email or log into your account and check your order history. If your order was marked as “delivered” please wait 48 hours - sometimes delivered packages may say delivered up to 48 hours before arrival.
2. Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
3. Look around the delivery location for your package.
4. Check to see if someone else accepted the delivery like a neighbor or another household member unless you have health or safety concerns.
5. Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive packages.

We stand by our products with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee - if you are not satisfied with your Flaus purchase for any reason, simply return the product with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt in accordance with this Return Policy.
All Flaus products purchased directly from Flaus may be returned and refunded within 30 days from the date of receipt of goods for a full product cost refund (less any incurred shipping costs for the purchase and return) based upon the original payment method. Any returns after this period will not be accepted. Please keep in mind, we do not cover or reimburse shipping costs.
For all returns, please note the following:
1. Do not attempt to send back your Flaus order without contacting us first.
2. Exact return addresses will be provided by our Customer Experience Team during the return process.
3. Flaus branded products purchased through other retailers must be returned directly to them in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
4. Items which are damaged or defective may be returned pursuant to Flaus' Limited Warranty.
All returns are subject to validation and approval at Flaus' discretion. If there is a discrepancy between the return policy and procedures printed on the original packing slip and the information provided above, the information provided above governs the return of your www.goflaus.com purchase.

- Order number, located on your confirmation email
- Email and/or first and last name associated with your purchase
- Reason you'd like to return your product(s)
The returns process after initiation:
1. After your request has been authorized, you will receive a link to finalize your return.
2. Once the return is confirmed, please allow 5 business days for your return to be processed. Additional delays may occur during peak operations. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.
3. After we issue the refund, please allow up to 10 business days for it to reflect in your original method of payment. Refunds for returns apply to the purchase price of the item(s) only. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping and handling charges unless the return was a result of our error or subject to the Flaus Limited Warranty. Return requests must be received by Flaus within 30 days of purchase. Only authorized returns will be processed.
Please Note: Flaus products purchased at an authorized retailer must be returned to the original point of sale.
If the product is returned in accordance with this Return Policy, Flaus will credit your original form of payment you used to make the original purchase and any applicable taxes (excluding shipping and handling charges unless otherwise specified).
If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our Customer Experience Team at support@goflaus.com with your order number and description of the incorrect or damaged order.
Flaus offers a one-year warranty from date of purchase for the Flaus Electric Flosser and 30 days for Flaus Head Refills. For extra coverage, we suggest purchasing an extended warranty with our trusted partner, Clyde, in the checkout process.
This Flaus Limited Product Warranty (“Limited Warranty”) applies to the Flaus Essentials Kit and Flaus Head Refills and is given by Flaus, Inc. and its affiliates (“Flaus”) to the individual purchaser of products solely when purchased through an authorized retail partner or directly from Flaus. Flaus warrants that the Flaus-branded products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with Flaus’ published guidelines for the time periods set forth above (the “Warranty Period”). The Warranty Period will commence on the original date of purchase of the product from Flaus or an authorized retail partner. Any local consumer law rights for non-conforming products remain unaffected. Please note that by using a Flaus product, each purchaser agrees to be bound by the Warranty as set out above.
If you ever encounter an issue with your Flaus product, please contact us by chatting in or by emailing support@goflaus.com. Please make sure to provide the email or order number associated with your original Flaus order.
Our warranty covers all manufacturing defects, *not product misuse or lost items. While we will provide support and assistance for all issues, we cannot offer a replacement if your Flaus product has stopped functioning or has physically broken from incorrect use (ie. handling, refilling or storing it in a way other than that illustrated in your welcome manual and on our website), or from general misuse.
In the case of a warranty claim, you may be asked to send back items for testing. If we do not receive these back, we will not be able to replace future items for warranty requests.
Only Flaus products purchased through our website and authorized retailers are eligible for warranty coverage. Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims. In order to move forward with warranty coverage (including replacements), you must have a Flaus account. We are only able to offer warranty replacements for the original item purchased.
If there are any outstanding disputes of payments, orders or charges associated with your information, this will void your warranty until they are removed or resolved.
This Limited Warranty only covers product issues caused by defects in material or workmanship during ordinary use. The Limited Warranty does not cover issues caused by any other reason, including, but not limited to: (i) cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (ii) damage caused by misuse or abuse, neglect, accident, liquids, including but not limited to, fire, liquid contact, vandalism or external forces; (iii) to defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product; (iv) the alteration of the product in any way; (v) use in any manner that is inconsistent with the intended purpose or design of the product as described in the product’s usage manual or other documentation for the product, including, but not limited to, the attachment of any unauthorized accessories; (vi) unauthorized repairs or modifications; (vii) improper use of electrical power supply, loss of power, variation in line voltage, malfunction or damage of an operating part from failure to provide manufacturer & recommended maintenance; (viii) if any serial number has been removed or defaced from the product; or (ix) loss of use during the period the product is at the Flaus repair facility or otherwise awaiting parts or repair or any other conditions whatsoever that are beyond the control of Flaus.
Flaus does not warrant that the operation of the product will be uninterrupted or error-free. This Limited Warranty does not cover Flaus products sold “AS IS”, “Open-Box”, or similar notations and does not cover consumables. This Limited Warranty does not extend to the purchase of opened, used, repaired, repackaged and/or resealed products, including, but not limited to, the sale of such products on Internet auction sites and/or sales of such products by surplus or bulk resellers. Any software is provided “AS IS” unless expressly provided for in any enclosed software limited warranty. When a product or part is exchanged, the original item becomes Flaus' property.
To have the Flaus device or a part repaired or replaced under this Limited Warranty, purchaser must contact Flaus’ Customer Experience Team prior to returning any product for warranty service. Flaus will not reimburse purchasers for service performed by others. Unless otherwise instructed by Flaus, the product must be delivered, freight prepaid, in either its original packaging or packaging affording an equal degree of protection to the facility specified by Flaus. Please note all warranty returns must include the completed Return Authorization Form.
Before receiving warranty service, Flaus may require that purchaser furnish proof of purchase details, respond to questions designed to assist with evaluating potential issues, and follow Flaus' procedures for obtaining warranty service. If Flaus determines that the problem with the product is not due to a manufacturing defect due to materials and/or workmanship, the product is not properly returned to Flaus, or otherwise does not qualify for warranty repair, then the purchaser will be responsible for all costs incurred by Flaus necessary to return the product.
Flaus reserves the right to change the method by which Flaus may provide warranty service, and a product’s eligibility to receive a particular method of service. Service will be limited to the options available in the country where service is requested. Service options, parts availability and response times may vary according to country. Purchaser may be responsible for shipping and handling charges if the product cannot be serviced in the country it is in. For service in a country that is not the country of purchase, purchaser will comply with all applicable import and export laws and regulations and be responsible for all custom duties, V.A.T. and other associated taxes and charges. If Clyde extended warranty was purchased for the product, please refer to the service plan for the coverage, duration and terms of service as they are not governed by this Limited Warranty.
If a claim is submitted to Flaus during the Warranty Period in accordance with this Limited Warranty, Flaus will, at its option: (i) repair the product using new or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability, or (ii) replace the product with the same model formed from new and/or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability. Any replacement product provided under this Limited Warranty may vary in the color and/or cosmetic design from the original product and may not include any original engraving or similar customization. Flaus reserves the right to replace any discontinued product with a new product of comparable value and function. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product, or thirty (30) days from the date of replacement, whichever is longer. For international service, Flaus may repair or replace products with comparable products and parts that comply with local standards.
Flaus does not authorize anyone, including, but not limited to, a Flaus reseller, agent or, to make any modification, extension, or addition to this Limited Warranty. If any term is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected or impaired.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL, WRITTEN, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. FLAUS DISCLAIMS ALL STATUTORY AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WARRANTIES AGAINST HIDDEN OR LATENT DEFECTS, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. IN SO FAR AS SUCH WARRANTIES CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED, FLAUS LIMITS THE DURATION AND REMEDIES OF SUCH WARRANTIES TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY AND, AT FLAUS' OPTION, THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT SERVICES DESCRIBED HEREIN. SOME STATES (COUNTRIES AND PROVINCES) DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY (OR CONDITION) MAY LAST, SO THE LIMITATION DESCRIBED ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY. FLAUS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE OPERATION OF THE PRODUCT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLAUS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE; LOSS OF REVENUE; LOSS OF ACTUAL OR ANTICIPATED PROFITS (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS ON CONTRACTS); LOSS OF GOODWILL; LOSS OF REPUTATION; LOSS OF, DAMAGE TO, COMPROMISE OR CORRUPTION OF DATA; OR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE HOWSOEVER CAUSED INCLUDING THE REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY, ANY COSTS OF RECOVERING ANY PROGRAM OR DATA STORED IN OR USED WITH THE FLAUS PRODUCT OR ANY FAILURE TO MAINTAIN THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF INFORMATION STORED IN THE PRODUCT. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FLAUS' LIABILITY SHALL NOT BE GREATER THAN PURCHASE VALUE OF THE PRODUCT. SOME STATES (COUNTRIES AND PROVINCES) DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY.
In no event shall this Limited Warranty require more than the repair or replacement of any part or parts which is found to be defective within the effective warranty period. No refunds will be given. If replacement parts for defective and materials are not available, Flaus reserves the right to make product substitutions in lieu of repair or replacement. Flaus shall not under any circumstance be liable either expressly or impliedly, for any damages or losses of any kind whatsoever resulting from loss of, damage to, or corruption of, content or data during repair or replacement of the product.
When you're a subscription Flauser, you can log into your account on our website at anytime to make changes to your subscription. You can update your address, pause, edit, cancel or skip your next order through your account portal.
A standard refill head subscription will deliver every 90 days (or three months).
If you purchased a Flaus Starter Kit and a subscription, your first subscription will deliver after 45 days (as your kit came with 45 Flaus Heads). Subsequently, the subscription will come ever 90 days after that.
You have the opportunity to change the delivery date of your subscription, pause, skip or cancel through your online account portal.
You will get 90 recyclable Flaus Heads with each subscription delivery.
Subscriptions are set for a minimum of one delivery before you are able to cancel. After your first shipment, you may cancel at any time without incurring cancellation fees. You can, however, pause or reschedule your subscription at any point.
