How to Flaus

First thing's first — some anatomy:

Power button: Press once to turn your Flaus decide on or off.

LED lights: These show your battery level when the device is on. It’s time to charge when only 1 or 2 are illuminated.

USB-C charger: Your Flaus is fit with a USB-C charge port on the device. Plug the Flaus charging cable into any USB-A outlet or power adapter to charge your Flaus device.

How to Flaus

The best way to get all that gunk out.

With your device turned on, position the floss between two teeth. Use your opposing teeth on the soft bite pad to gently control the pressure as you floss.

Don’t force it — the sonic vibrations will move the floss through tight spaces. Once there, gently guide the floss against the gum line to remove stubborn plaque — you might actually enjoy the gum massage!

While flossing, gently pull the Flaus head to put tension in the floss and form a “C” shape around the tooth. We put a little extra “give” in your floss to make this easy.

Getting gross? Rinse your Flaus head under clean water to de-gunk as you go. Rinse and reuse until it's time to change.

Removing your used Flaus Heads.

Reuse: We all have tight spots — it’s completely normal to break the floss sometimes. Just reload and Flaus on! The more your Flaus the more you’ll get to know your tight spots (pro tip: hit those ones last) 😉

Refill: Flip your device upside-down, so the head is flat against a surface. Gently push down and lower the handle towards the flat surface to loosen the head. Remove the used Flaus head (RIP), rinse it under water and pop it in your home plastic recycling.

Refill your Flaus Head for freshest flossing.

Grab a fresh Flaus Head from your refill stash. Place your forefinger in the gap under the string and your thumb underneath.

Align the hole in the Flaus Head with your device’s metal mount and push down until you hear it “click” into place.

Ensure there is no gap between the neck and the newly installed head — you’re ready to Flaus!

Proudly display the Flaus in your house!

Peel off the sticker backing and firmly press your mirror mount against a dry mirror, tile or flat surface until it sticks (careful, the adhesive may peel paint).

Once mounted, store your Flaus Electric Flosser on your new mirror mount. The magnet will hold your device in place.

Cancellation requests received after 15 minutes are subject to our ability to reroute your order with our carrier. We are happy to attempt to reroute your order, but please know that we might not be able to do so. In this case, you will receive your order and will need to return it to us. Please refer to order return instructions.
We have a very small window of time after an order is placed to make any changes or cancellations, however, we’re always happy to assist as best we can. Generally, once our warehouse has received your order, it'll take 7-10 business days from the day it shipped to arrive to its final destination.

We don't do rush shipping, but if you need it in a hurry, please email hi@goflaus.com before you place the order and we'll see what we can do.

If you haven’t received your package within 11-16 business days, please do not hesitate to reach out to our Customer Experience Team at hi@goflaus.com and we’ll be more than happy to assist you.
1. First, verify your shipping address, to do this, locate your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email or log into your account and check your order history. If your order was marked as “delivered” please wait 48 hours - sometimes delivered packages may say delivered up to 48 hours before arrival.

2. Look for a notice of attempted delivery.

3. Look around the delivery location for your package.

4. Check to see if someone else accepted the delivery like a neighbor or another household member unless you have health or safety concerns.

5. Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive packages.
