No! The mirror mount is designed to be applied to glass and will not damage your mirror. We do not recommend applying your mirror mount to a wall as it may cause damage.
Developing a new habit can be hard! One of the most helpful things you can do while developing your habit is to create visual reminders of the activity. Displaying your Flaus somewhere you'll see it (like a bathroom mirror) will help you keep up your new Flausing habit!
1. Peel off the sticky red backing on your mirror mount
2. Position the mirror mount on your mirror and press firmly to stick it on
3. Put your Flaus on your mirror Mount. You'll feel the Flaus pull towards the mirror mount.
When it's time to Flaus, simply remove your Flaus from the mirror mount and then return it to it's new home once you're done!
